How we began
Started with ashared vision.
VN1369., JSC was officially established on 23 November 2018 by three shareholders with a shared passion for modern agriculture. The original goal was to provide quality mulch films that help improve yields and reduce production costs for growers.
During its early stage, the company gradually built its distribution network and earned trust through durable, UV-stabilised films suited to a wide range of Vietnamese weather conditions.
A major restructuring on 7 November 2019 expanded the company to five shareholders, all actively involved in operations. This foundation helped VN1369 strengthen its supply chain and reach more provinces across Vietnam.
